Climb the pile with higher sets; first out is President, last is Scum.

How to play

Four players, thirteen cards each. Whoever holds the 3 of clubs leads with it.
Play one to four cards of the same rank. The next player must play the same number of cards of a higher rank, or pass.
Ranks run 3 (lowest) to A, then 2 (highest).
When everyone else passes, the pile is cleared and the last player to play leads anything.
First out is President (3 points), then Vice-President (2), Citizen (1) and Scum (0).
