How to play
- 108 tiles: Characters, Bamboo and Dots, 1 to 9, four of each. No honours, no flowers.
- Pick one suit as your void at the start; you must throw those tiles away before you can win.
- Win with four sets (pungs or runs) and a pair, or seven pairs. You can pung and kong discards, but not take runs.
- A winner drops out and the hand goes on until three players have won (the blood battle).
- Each hand pays 2 to the power of its fan: one suit, all pungs, seven pairs, kongs and self-draws add fan.
