1. Guard the mouth, not the puck
When the puck is in the computer's half, sit in front of your goal, not at the centre line. Most goals against you come from a shot you chased away from.
2. Shoot off the banks
A straight shot meets the computer's paddle. Aim at the side wall so the puck arrives at the goal from an angle.
3. Strike with speed
Power comes from paddle speed at the moment of contact. Pull back, then flick through the puck toward the goal.
4. Don't chase into corners
A puck in your corner is safe. Take it out calmly; swinging at it sends it anywhere, often into your own goal.
5. Catch it first
Stop a fast puck by matching its motion with your paddle, then line up a shot. Hitting a fast puck head-on just returns it fast to the computer.
