How to Play Collapse
Collapse is a block-clearing puzzle: remove groups of matching colours, and plan so that the big groups form.
The rules
- Tap a block that touches at least one other block of the same colour (above, below, left or right). The whole connected group is removed.
- Blocks above the gap fall down. If a column empties completely, the columns to its right slide left.
- A group of n blocks scores (n − 2)².
- Clearing every block scores a bonus of 1000.
- The game ends when no two matching blocks touch.

Frequently asked questions
How is Collapse scored?
A group of n blocks scores (n−2)²: 2 blocks score 0, 3 score 1, 5 score 9, 10 score 64 and 20 score 324. Clearing the whole board adds 1000.
Why don't columns stay where they are?
When a column becomes completely empty, everything to its right slides left. That brings separated blocks back together.
