Traffic Jam Strategy: 5 Tips
1. Trace the lane
Everything standing in the red car's row between it and the exit must move out of that row. List those blockers.
2. Work backwards
For each blocker, ask what stops it moving clear. Those vehicles need to move first. Keep going until you find something that can move now.
3. Lorries first
A lorry has fewer places to go than a car. Settle the lorries early, because a lorry in the wrong place freezes everything around it.
4. Park at the edges
Vehicles pushed against the walls of the lot leave the most room in the middle, where the traffic has to pass.
5. Don't go in circles
If you're sliding the same vehicle back and forth, you're not making progress. Undo back to where you had a plan, or use the hint.
